We founded MMY Home Interiors with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been received your items will be dispatched in1 business days
If you order before 3pm we will try to dispatch your item on the same day, however, if you order after 3pm on a Friday then your item will not be posted until the following Monday
All items will be sent by Yodel, Evri or DX depending on size and weight of your item
Shipping costs are added on checkout and any overpaid postage will be refunded, as where possible, if more than one item is purchased they will be sent together
You can buy online and choose the Collection ONLY option if you would rather collect in store,
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling
The majority of debit and credit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express
Your payments will be taken when your order has been dispatched or collected
Payments can be made via Stripe, Clearpay, Apple Pay or Paypal
For larger items that cannot be posted and are collection only you can arrange a courier at your own cost. We can also provide you with a contact number for a professional and reliable company
If you require items to be next day delivery or International Postage then please email us at mmyhomeinteriors@gmail.com for a quote as price will depend on size, weight and destination of the parcel
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please leave enough delivery time in busy periods such as Christmas, as there will be a vast amount of items in the mail system
Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase. We cannot provide this information for you.
Vintage / Recycled Items
Please be aware that the majority of our items are vintage, antiques or have been re-cycled
You will need to read the product description thoroughly and be sure that you are happy with your purchase as there may be chips, dents etc but these will be pointed out in the description
CLEARPAY
We have partnered with Clearpay to offer a buy now pay later service. This only applies to items that are purchased online and cannot be offered in store. Once you have purchased a product through Clearpay any correspondence regarding payments must be to Clearpay and not to MMY Home Interiors as you have agreed to Clearpay’s terms and conditions

RETURNS POLICY
If you want to return or cancel an item that you have ordered you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You, the customer, then have 14 days to return the goods and the items must be in the same condition in which you received them, goods must not be used, all tags still attached and box in tact and in the same condition in which you received them. This applies to both UK and International returns
We will refund you, the customer, within 14 days of receiving the item back
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item and only this person will be refunded
The cost of returning an item back to us is your responsibility and is non-refundable. For exceptions please see Damages and Issues
It is recommended that you keep proof of purchase as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss

You will be refunded for the returned item once the item has been checked
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged in the post please email me pictures to mmyhomeinteriors@gmail.com so that I can take further action. You will not be asked to return the item but once we have assessed any damage that has occurred you will be refunded the item amount plus the postage costs
If your item arrives damaged that is being delivered by courier please speak to the courier about your concerns and send me photos of the damage and I will contact the courier company. Please note that we take photos of the items before they leave the store and the couriers also have photos as well.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings and underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When an item is returned, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and be sent a confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
Only the person who originally purchased the item will be refunded

1 – WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION.
When you purchase something from our online store in order to process your order & deliver it to you, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, products and offers. If you would like to stop receiving any communication from us that you may not have sanctioned, please email mmyhomeinteriors@gmail.com and we will immediately remove you from our mailing list.
2 – CONSENT
What did I consent to?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Can I withdraw my consent?

5 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all necessary requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
To place an order simply type item name in the search bar and add an item to the shopping basket, when you have finished shopping checkout by choosing either Postage, (we use Yodel , Evri or DX) or Pickup (There is also a free collection instore service).
If an item /items that you have ordered is out of stock you will be refunded for the amount of the item/items immediately.
No personal details will ever be passed on to another company
